About the Course
Over 150,000 people die each year in the UK from cardiac arrest.
Automated external defibrillators (AEDs) have become the most innovative life saving technology in many years. Defibrillating the heart is now recognised as the critical action that can restart a heart and increase a casualty’s chance of survival.
This course has been designed to enable the candidate to develop the skill to use a defibrillator within a specific protocol. A4 and pocket size certificate awarded Training pack and manual are also included.
